Module 1
The Goal is the Journey
To get better into your yoga practice you need to focus on your journey. The consciousness of your movements, the ability to feel your breath and all your muscles at work is the most important goal you should aim for. In this module you will learn how to breathe properly, reducing your stress response.
Module 2
Warmup
A proper warm up is the keystone of a safe practice. Yoga is all about coming back to the self, being gentle with your own body. In this Module we’ll cover warm ups in depth. You will learn how to open every area of your body and build more advanced poses in a safe way.
Module 3
Standing
In this module you will learn how to build up to a standing position and how to always stay grounded. You will discover the 3 points you should pay close attention to and how to always get the perfect alignment in all the poses covered.
Module 4
Balance
Balancing positions allows you to focus on presence and awareness. You will get in touch on what is happening within your body. In this module you are going to learn how to practise the following poses: Dancer Pose, Tree Pose, Extended Hand to Big Toe Pose, Warrior 3, Eagle Pose.
Module 5
Hack bends (Heart Openers)
Heart openers will help you open yourself up to other people and new Ideas. In this module you will learn how to practice backbends with the right balance between flexibility and strength. You will learn how to protect your lumbar spine and get the best out of these amazing poses.
Module 6
Inversions
Going upside down will allow you to gain a new perspective on life. In this module you are going to learn to master inversions, from the easiest ones to the most advanced. Illo and Nathalie will guide you step by step into entering and exiting each position safely.
Module 7
Arm Balance
Arm Balance positions will help you strengthen your upper body, core and abs. These positions are amazing to improve your mental focus and presence. In this module you are going to learn how to practice arm balances positions and master even the most advanced once in an easy and safe way.
Module 8
Seated Positions
Seated positions are a gentle way to start and finish your practice. In this module you will learn about the importance of being grounded, lengthen your spine from the ground up and bring awareness to your pelvis.
Module 9
Advanced Positions
If you have been practising for quite some time and you already developed a good awareness of your body these positions are ar amazing way to challenge yourself. In this module lllona and Nathalie will teach you how to master this poses in a simple and easy way
Module 10
Slow Down
During a yoga practice we generally have a “wave” reaching a climax. Slowing down after reaching the highest intesity is extremely important to properly integrate your practice within. In this section you will learn how to slow down, letting all worries go. You are going to love it.

The Instructors
You will be guided through the course by Illona and Nathalie, and through some amazing flows by Paulina.
Nathalie has been practicing yoga for many years after being a gymnast in Belarus. She will help Illona explain many of the poses included on the course.
Thanks to Nathalie you are going to learn how to enter and exit a pose and what are the most common mistakes you should avoid.
Half Swiss half Mauritian, Illona is a free spirit with a passion for the natural flow of life. With 600 hours of instructor training and over 1500 hours of teaching, she accompanies people through their personal journeys and teaches them to channel both physical and mental strength.
She was born to teach, you are going to be amazed on how effective and fluid her communication is! Even the hardest position will feel easy through her teachings.
Paulina is born in Guadalajara, Mexico, but teaches yoga in Milan, Italy. She creates amazing yoga flows!
